1992 Honda Prelude Si |
|
I bought this car when I was 19, completely stock, with 55,000 miles on it. It even had the stock Honda pin stripe going down the side of the car. Over the years (obviously) it has accumulated many custom modifications. I still do, to this day, have every set of paper work, and every receipt of anything that was purchased and done to the vehicle, including mechanical work. All engine work has been done by King Motorsports in New Berlin Wisconsin. Most of the body work was done at Van Collision and Alteration in Milwaukee, WI. And the rest of the work, like the hood, at Motorsport Composite in Grafton, WI. The car was appraised twice by a certified appraiser , once by Farmers Insurance Corp. and the other with American Family Ins. The vehicle is currently appraised at $13,000, with 151,000 miles on the odometer.
Engine Work: Mostly basic upgrades, AEAM short ram intake (have a cold air and stock intake also) Bored out throttle body, DC header, RSR Stainless exhaust—cat back. (sounds stock, very quiet and tasteful sounding) Timing belt/water pump has been changed 3 times since I owned the car, four tune ups, clutch was replaced at 90,000 miles (not because it went, because I wanted it replaced) King also lightened the fly-wheel at that time—all paper work available.
Suspension/Wheels: Eibach 1.75” drop, Koni adjustable, complete suspension conversion to 5 lug, 2001 Prelude setup., which came with bigger brakes, 18” Volk GTC wrapped with Falken 215/35-18’s
Exterior: Custom hand made carbon fiber hood/One of a kind, JDM one piece headlights, with HID Brightstars, Lexus IS300 taillights, custom fit, shaved door handles (door popper on driver side only, have one for passenger side, just never installed) New paint, 2000 Cadillac Escalade White, Catz eyes fog/driving lights, Wings West Thruster spoiler, Wings West RS body kit. ** Every mod on the exterior of this car was put on right and extremely clean. Lines are as close as you can get to perfect!!
Interior: All stock, very clean and mint, Sony deck with MB Quart separates in front and MB Quart in rear, one 12” Infinity sub and 5 channel Alpine amp in trunk. Very basic box—not gaudy or HACK!
**Notes Vehicle hasn’t been driven in winter for the past 4 years, and was always stored indoors, and kept immaculate!
